I've always had a bit of an interest in how both world wars in the last century actually pushed women's rights forward (at a ghastly and terrible cost, of course) because when men were sent to the front, women were needed to fill vacant jobs at home.Then, when the wars were over and the men came home, women were expected to go back to what they had done before. Except lots of them were less than OK with that. . .
Oh, how sad! That probably happened to many women. Well done--a good story in so few words!
